Sharing the art of New York pizza with the world
Overview
Pizza School NYC is a hands-on pizza-making school that teaches the art and science of pizza. Students learn how to make dough, sauce, and cheese from scratch, and how to properly cook a pizza in a wood-fired oven. Both in-person and virtual classes are led by experienced pizza chefs.
